Lunch: Apsaragus, Potatoe, 0% Fat Plain Greek Yoghurt (5 points)
Snack: Raspberries, Pear, Greek Yoghurt, Chocolate Shavings, Agave Nectar (3 points) +
1 cup Dandy Blend with 1/3 cup Chocolate Hemp Milk (1 point)
Dinner: lettuce w/ radishes & fennel & feta, with oil & vinegar, 1 cup brown rice (8.5 points)
